Register a rental or guest
For when someone will be using your Heritage Oaks home while you're away.
When you're away and someone else will be staying in your Heritage Oaks home — a renter, a guest, or family or friends — the Club asks that you register them, whether or not they're paying. Registering sets up their access and lets the gate and staff know who to expect. Start here and we'll guide you through the rest; most owners finish in just a few minutes.

How it works
You start the registration; the system handles the rest and emails everyone at each step.
Hosting a short‑term guest (7 days or less)? It's even simpler — you provide everything yourself, with no separate step for the guest.
What it costs
- • $500 one‑time registration fee for a rental.
- • Immediate family pays less — $300 (Nov–Apr) or $50 (May–Oct).
- • Temporary guest visits are free.
The exact amount is shown before you submit.
What you'll need
- • The dates of the stay.
- • Which home (your HOA / community).
- • Your renter or guest's name and email.

What to expect after you start
- • You'll get an email at every step, and a final confirmation once it's approved.
- • You can check your status anytime from a link in your email — no login.
- • We'll keep you posted as each step is completed, so you always know where things stand.
Club registration only. This registers your rental or guest with Heritage Oaks Golf & Country Club. Your HOA may have its own lease application, forms, or policies that apply separately — check with your HOA or property manager for their requirements.
